Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please read the following policy carefully – buying any of our products online means that you agree to this. All cancellations require an early notification before dispatch. Please note that you will remain liable for full payment of the price of the purchased item should you fail to provide a cancellation notice immediately after the transaction. To cancel your order: Please call Papoose or email us immediately after your purchase quoting your order number. Your refund will then be processed IF your order has not been shipped.


Papoose makes every effort to ensure items are of the highest quality are checked before Dispatch .f an item is received damaged in transit, please contact us immediately either by email or phone to 09 818 9335

If an item is damaged in transit Papoose will replace or refund either on receipt of the goods or photo of damage.. We will pay for the delivery of the replacement item NOT the return postage.
